At Junetail Creative LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality services to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered or projects have commenced.

If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables or experience, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to address any concerns and, where possible, offer revisions or adjustments to meet your expectations.

For cancellations before project work has begun, we offer an 80% refund to cover administrative costs.
